BwanguSpares is a product of Ikhumbi App Limited, owned by Ikhumbi-Tech Center · Flat 15C Kalewa Complex, Ndola, Zambia
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using BwanguSpares. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.
1.1. Platform
"BwanguSpares" refers to the online marketplace accessible at bwangu.com and its associated mobile applications. BwanguSpares is a product of Ikhumbi App Limited, a company registered in Zambia, which is owned by Ikhumbi-Tech Center.
1.2. Users
"User" means any person who accesses the Platform, including Buyers, Shop Owners, Technicians, and Administrators.
1.3. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia, including but not limited to:
- The Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021
- The Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act No. 2 of 2021
- The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA)
- The Consumer Protection Act No. 24 of 2010
- The Competition and Consumer Protection Act No. 24 of 2010
